This refers to RBI guidelines issued dated 25th September 2020, to reduce the frauds in the area of CTS clearing System accordingly Thane Bharat Sahakari Bank Limited has implemented the Positive Pay System. As per Positive Pay system guidelines customer have to inform to the Bank the instrument (cheque) details which customer issued to the Payee for reconfirmation.

In this case customer has to provide following details to the Bank for the instruments (cheque) issued;

• Account Number of the TBSB-Customer (Remitter)
• Cheque Date
• Cheque Amount
• Cheque Number
• Payee Name
• Instrument Type

In this case customer can submit the Positive Pay instrument (cheque) details to the Bank as follows or can visit to the nearest TBSB Bank Branch for more details;

• Online - Through TBSB Mobile Banking App
• Offline - Submit the Attached Physical Form at Branch : Click here to open form
